Abstract

This project will update the Pathfinder tool, to improve functionality and reflect more current underlying data. Use of the tool developed in this project should result in better choices regarding investment in energy saving measures

As the energy landscape is changing, technologies and efficiencies are changing with it.

The potential to understand the different emerging and developing technologies is a crucial step in this project to allow us to better understand impacts on the whole energy system, particularly as we develop scenarios and thinking across different regions with different landscapes and ambitions.

The ability to shape this to suit all stakeholders will be crucial.
